It Makes Sense to Keep It Simple
These days people don't want yet more usernames or complicated passwords to remember, that's why we designed our system to work without any of that. When you make your booking with Sense, you will receive a unique access point for your company's booking. You can share this with everyone at your location and it's easy for people to instantly check for available appointments and choose their preferred time.
We've stripped back the details they need to enter when booking an appointment, so it's now faster than ever to sign up for a stress-busting massage, rejuvenating yoga class or mindful meditation session - or one of our other services. Once your staff have entered their details for the first time, they can ask our system to remember their details for next time, so booking future appointments is even quicker and easier.
Immediately after booking their appointment, they will receive an email confirming all the details. We will also send each person a personal reminder the day before their appointment - this helps everyone to remember to attend their session, even when things get busy.
If all the appointments have already been taken, there's no need to worry. They can simply join the waiting list and will automatically receive an alert if and when someone cancels, and an appointment becomes available again.

We know the challenges that come with organising corporate events, especially those with lots of moving parts, so that's why our unique system strives to offer the best visibility possible for organisers. Your very own Organiser Overview screen gives you access to invaluable real-time information, so it's clear who's booked and when they booked their appointment. Live updates ensure that you are always kept up-to-date with changes and have full control over all the appointments too, just in case you need to make changes.
